Back & Knee Pain Workshop with Dr. Anuja Reddy

Understanding Back & Knee Pain: Workshop with Dr. Anuja Reddy

Pain can often become a barrier between people and the activities they love.

Whether you’re training regularly, playing a sport or simply trying to stay active, understanding how to respond to common issues such as back pain and knee pain can be an important part of maintaining a sustainable fitness journey.

As part of MASCO Fit Brand’s 2nd Anniversary Week, we hosted an educational session on Back & Knee Pain with Dr. Anuja Reddy.

Education Before Assumptions

Back and knee pain are common concerns among people with different levels of physical activity.

However, pain can have different causes and individual circumstances can vary significantly.

The objective of the session was therefore not to promote one-size-fits-all solutions, but to encourage members to better understand their bodies and seek appropriate professional guidance when required.

An Interactive Learning Session

Dr. Anuja Reddy interacted with the MASCO community and addressed questions around common back and knee concerns.

Members had the opportunity to learn more about movement, prevention, recovery and the importance of approaching pain intelligently rather than simply ignoring it.

The session reinforced an important message:

Training harder isn’t always the answer. Training smarter matters too.

Recovery Is Part of Fitness

At MASCO Fit Brand, Recovery is one of our core pillars alongside Strength and Sports.

We believe recovery shouldn’t be treated as something separate from fitness.

Understanding your body, managing training load, improving movement and seeking professional support when necessary can all contribute towards a more sustainable approach to fitness.

Thank You, Dr. Anuja Reddy

We thank Dr. Anuja Reddy for spending time with the MASCO community and helping our members understand an important aspect of their fitness journey.

The session was another step towards our goal of building a community that is not only stronger, but also better informed about movement, training and recovery.

Strength. Sports. Recovery. That’s the MASCO approach.
